(I hope I'm not asking too many questions.)
How much information will the OR want to see? I've heard it's five years worth of statements. How deeply do they go into it all? Will I have to account for everything I've spent in that time?

Basically they usually ask for the last 12 months first, they will go back as far as necessary, depending on what you have done wrong or not, you would have to have done something pretty serious to go back 5 years but it it is possible. But for instance if you were completely solvent until say you lost you job 3 months ago then there would not really be any need to go back any further.Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
