Open Study College?

Has anyone used Open Study College? Are they any good? Has anyone done the NCFE Fiction Writing course? Or Certificate in Confidence Building? Or Dress making and Fashion Design course?
I'm looking to do a home learning course. I definately want to do a fiction writing course and maybe something else.
If Open Study College is no good for fiction writing, what home learning course can you recommend?

    hi i was thinking of doing the same Fiction Writing course and have been woundering the same thing sow this post and wondered if you took the course if so was it any good :)
