help!!!!trying to get dp recordings

hi there i have had loads of mistakes on my case after it went clerical so requested about 6 mnths ago a copy of my files and telephone recordings....they sent out about 2mnths ago calls from when i first applied to the csa in march 2009 to calls made up to beginning to may 09...i rang them and asked why they had only sent them and not the whole of them and they said it must have been mistake and they will send out the rest...i have now recd another cd from them but now they have only included from sept 09 to march 10 when i know for a fact i contacted them numerous amounts of times between may 09 and sept 09 do you think they are doing this on purpose to stop me seeing what is in the files or do you think they are just that stupid lol has anyone ever actually recd the whole amount of the recordings??

if your case has gone clerical then there will be no recordings as it is the sysyem that records the calls and the clerical teams are not part of the ststem. so from when your case went to the clerical team there will be no recordings .

hi thanks but not sure if thats correct as my case went clerical virtually within weeks of it being opened and i have since recd recordings from months after that date just not the dates i wanted

if you called in on the cs2 number then ur calls may have been recorded but as soon as u get tranferred to a clerical team or if you call them direct there will be no recordings

what if clerical team call you, does it record them?
