Received £10 bonus bonds voucher

in I won! I won! I won!
Just came home and there was a letter with £10 bonus bonds voucher inside. I have no idea where it's from. The only letter inside is some delivery note thing. I'm so confused. I don't know whether this is a freebie or a competition win.
