Help with holiday to Florida please

Hi
We're hoping to go to Florida next year. Could anyone save us some money on what I've found so far.
Best price Ive found is £1935 with Travel City Direct, this is for-
2 adults, 2 children (4 & 14) & 1 infant
6th Jan 07 (has to leave before the 7th Jan)
Gatwick
14 nights staying at Pop Century (any Disney hotel)
Intermediate Car with Platinum insurance.
Travel Ins not needed.

Would prefer to fly with First Choice but it works out nearly £500 more!
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Funkymum

Seems like a good price to me. My only concern it that the room will be cramped for 5 of you for a fortnight, especially if you need to have a cot in there too for the infant.

Last time we went we only really slept in the room, we were out from 7 in the morning until at least 10 at night so Im not too bothered about the room.
It would be great to have a 2 roomed apartment but I dont know of any disney hotels that have them?

The All Star resorts now have suites - not sure of the price but I think they are pretty reasonable.
Otherwise I think that is a pretty good price.

I did have a quick look there but they worked out more expensive than First Choice.
    Thanks

I'd be amazed if you get a package deal any cheaper with anyone else. The only other thing you could try is to price the flydrive with TCD and book the hotel directy, but I doubt you would get it cheaper.

I just tried DIY and the hotel is over 1500 USD flight is £1400 I also tried all the tour ops and nearest was Thomsons at over 2300
    I would get it booked

Do you really need the Platinum car insurance?
Just having the normal insurance would save you a bit

If you are off to any of the parks the cheapest place I found for tickets was

    https://www.park-tickets.com

They were very helpful and friendly - have recommended the to friends and would use them again.

There web-site shows prices in $ & £ so you know how much they will cost. Also friend who I recommended said they told her if she ordered tickets out in Florida they would deliver to her villa in an hour. WOW what service...
