when is my credit file clear?

hi just wondered if anyone could help. i completed my trust deed on 9th may 2009. will my credit file not be clean to 2015?

    Not sure if it is the same in Scotland! but BR in England falls of your credit file 6 years from the date of your BR.

    sorry is that from the date of bankruptcy? in my case 2006?
