have just phoned up Worthing as I wanted to get the paperwork and how long it would take to get an appointment and was told that it was Brighton that deals with it. Asked about the timescale at the moment and its one week, two weeks max to get a bankruptcy hearing, I wasn't expecting it to be that quick!
have ordered the paperwork now, and feeling slightly (actually very) sick, has anyone ever used Brighton before and what are they and the or like?

The only thing about the Brighton OR is they insist that Co-op and Barclays accounts opened for bankruptcy. Though from all accounts Co-op are pretty good and will just switch everything over into another new cashminder.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
