Halp with letter from Post Office

I recently set up a DMP with CCCS and all my creditors have recieved their first payments from them. 3 of my creditors seem to have comepletely ignored the letters from me and from CCCS so I re-wrote a second letter this week reiterating I am in finacial difficulty and dealing with CCCS and stating that most of my creditors have accepted.
However, I have now recieved a letter from Post Office credit card saying
' we formally demand repayment of the entire debt and your proposals for discharging same are now required, Failure to respond to this letter will result in further action being taken'.
I am now panicking and don't know what else to do. Will they deal with me over the phone if I call them or should I just wait until they have looked over my letter I sent this week?
Please help...

Hi, thanks. I just called them anyway to find out what exactly I'm meant to do when I have no money. They basically said that they do not accept lower payments and therefore it will be going through the collections procedure which will take a few months (meaning they hold onto it for more interest and charges for a while).
I called CCCS and they said not to panic and once it gets to the collection agency they usually accept the offers and stop the charges!
Fingers crossed0 -
Yep, it is fairly standard process if the creditor refuses it goes to collections to decide what to do. Pure bureaucracy.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
