Savings accounts for 17 year olds

:hello: My daughter, aged 17, wants to put about £600 into a savings account but the best rate accounts seem to have an age minimum of 18 years old. She wants to be able to put money in and take it out when she needs it, either with a debit card or via the net/phone. If it accepts monthly EMA payments, then even better.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
