USA travel insurance for adult

Was wondering which company to use? My parents are visiting USA next month and sometimes my mum has high blood pressure(visited the doctors two days ago and perfect). Been checking out the 'travelmarket' web site but unfortunately too many with different jargon's(can't find the word I'm looking for) Anyone have a recommendation? Thanks

My wife and I both have high blood pressure, I blame the kids, anyway we took out a policy with Direct travel insurance. I phoned them up and explained things, they did make me take out the more expensive, premium policy due to the medical condition. It worked out at £62 for a year, multi trip, Europe only, for the whole family (2ads +3kids). You can get a quote on-line but will have to call them re Mums BP.

The policy looks good but I haven't had to claim, luckily, so no idea if they are as good as they seem.
