Just remember it is 6 years from last payment/written acknowledgement, not the date you opened the agreement.

If this still the case send the follow up letter, bottom of this post - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=11571227&postcount=3
And a follow up letter if they won't go away.

Report them to the OFT and Trading Standards as well.

I recently had one like this from another well known DCA, they offered to add £50.00 to the account for each £100 I stumped up, this would save me 2.5K. I waited sent the CCA not recieved letter. Guess what, WE WILL BE TAKING NO FURTHER ACTION IN THIS MATTER. In my case it was a con if I have since found out that the alledged matter was unenforcable years ago. Stick with it the worst that can happen is you will have to make some arrangemant, the best they go away in short jerky movements.:j

    Best wishes, handyman123.

The letters and text are likely part of their normal batches, sent out without checking case by case. Don't fret too much, they need to send you a real reply to your complaint so get the letter DarkConvict linked to sent out and forget about it unless you get proof it isn't statute barred or you get real court papers.

Hi guys help again please. They have now sent two seperate letters, one acknowledging the complaint and one from their solicitors department demanding payment within 7 days. What do i do now? They were both dated the same day. They are sooo annoying!! Thanks.
