Provisional Tax Credits

I like many people receive Tax Credits as part of my income whilst BR and obviously as such have an obligation to tell the OR if that income changes.
The problem I have at the moment is the payments are so erratic. The Tax Credit people won't issue an award notice as proof as it is only provisional at the moment so I don't know where I am with them. I had to resort in good faith to telling the OR income was one twelfth of the annual figure I was given over the phone.
Do you think this will be sufficient?
Many Thanks

Just send them everything you get, if it means you have to send them a letter every month, as least they can't say that you haven't kept them informed

Just keep OR updated as things progress.

Thanks!
They have been so erratic the last week I would have had to send them a new letter pretty much every other day for weird amounts all less than I told OR. Hence giving them annual amount and monitoring the situation as chap on phone couldn't understand why either.
They've now completely cocked up and suspended them because of a mistake a their end!!! Its driving me mad!0
