Letter from the Insolvency Service.

Hi Guys,

Just got this letter through this morning, what exactly does it mean?

'Dear Sir,

I refer to the bankruptcy order made against you on the 16th of December 2009 and write to inform you that I intend to apply to the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills for my release as trustee. A summary of my receipts an payments as trustee is enclosed for your information.

If you are not already discharged, my release as trustee will have no effect upon the date of your discharge from the bankruptcy.'

I'll assume it's fairly good news and that they aren't really interested in me, but can I hope for early discharge?
If you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j

Exactly. All the routine investigation of your case is done. :)

ED might or might not happen. Hard to say really. Just treat it as a bonus if it does.

Sounds good, guess it is fingers crossed... The statement shows it cost a lot more than they ever recovered from me, so it's all good news.

If you receive one of these does that mean you are not likely to get a BRU/BRO?
