Grattan on line shopping Don't bother

I placed an order with Grattan and did not receive any conformation for the three items so I called them and they assured me that they would be delivered last Friday of which they was'nt so I contacted them that day. 6 days later and 20 minutes ago Grattans wonderful customer services contacted me by email to say that the items had been stuck at their delivery depot and they will cancel the order upon my request.
If any one has any sense I would certainly bin this shower, I just hope they are not part of the Gus shopping Group as this could mean a futher decline in customer care >:(

I could be wrong but I don't think GUS own any Cats anymore.
I think it was spun off into a new company called Shop Direct Group Limited.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
i have never had a problem with grattan, and no they are not part of GUS (with whom i've had many problems!).52% tight0
