moonbeaver payment

Hi,
I finally recieved a letter from moonbeaver today (I signed IPA agreement over a month ago). I have to pay £84 a month.
I have a few questions however
1. I am paid weekly and didnt pay any tax for 4 weeks (now paying tax again due to new tax year).
Moonbeaver have not mentioned these payments at all - ammount comes to about £240. I have spent this money due to childrens birthdays but can pay it with excess money/cut backs but I have read moonbeaver havent chased some people due to being on nil tax code towards the end of tax year like me.
2. Because my youngest child is under 1 I have been getting the extra child tax credit but when he turns 1 in May my tax credit will drop by £30 every 4 weeks - Do I tell my OR this or Moonbeaver. Also with petrol going up I put an extra £10 at least in now every month (original statement of affairs said £70 a month for the family car) - will this be acceptable to add the extra £10?

Hello tvaustin, Question 1 Problem is the £240 will always be theirs. Unless you have it in writing otherwise.
Question 2, I would ring your OR who you had your interview with for advice. Hopefully someone may have been in the same boat as you and advise further.
Best wishes
