Sandals Holidays - Honeymoon

Hi
My bloke and I are finally getting hitched next year after 10 years together. He has always wanted to go on a Sandals holiday. We are getting married September so figure with the Carribean hurricane season (having been in one in Mexico) we will wait until December until we go on honeymoon.
The prices in the brochures are scary!! (like £2500 each!!) We are leaning towards Sandals Antigua or Sandal Turks & Caocas (spl?!) We would want either 10/11 days or the full fortnight.
Has anyone booked a Sandals holiday at a semi-pallatible price of about £1600-£1700 each (max budget for this)? If so can you point me in the direction of websites/agents that don't completely charge OTT.
Recommendations of which Sandals resorts to go to would be greatly appreciated to.
Thanks Claire

Hi Claire.
I got married at Sandals St Lucia Resort and Spa in 2000 and it was absolutly brilliant. Very expensive at £2500 per person including the wedding for two weeks but well worth it for a special holiday i.e. wedding or honeymoon. The service is excellent and there is nothing they won't do for you. Also because it is ultra all inclusive all brand named drinks are included and so is scuba diving, not just in the pool but out in the ocean. My hubby and I loved scuba diving so much we did it a few times whilst we were there. Also because you don't need money when you are there you are at the same level as everyone else, i.e. when socialising with other people there were people who were obviously better off than us by the jobs they had and where they lived, but we were all getting each other drinks and not worrying about it.
Anyway have a lovely honeymoon and enjoy!!
