will I lose my house

i have my court date next week and thought i was comfortable with the whole procedure but now im panicking after reading something, i am going br after my small business failed leaving me with about 35k in debt, i am married with 2 children and we have a mortgaged property, i dont think there is any equity in the house or if there is it is less than 5k, will i lose the house? i am taking my name of our joint accounts and have opened a basic account with barclays..i feel a little out of control but cant see another way out ?

hi, thanks for reply, yes mortgage upto date although i am 2 months behind on a 2nd mortgage, i have spoke to my accountant who advised that br was probably my best option, it was someone i know that went br a couple of years ago not sure of all circumstances but she lost her house even though there was no equity...other than my house there is nothing left to take..thanks0
