Hi just a couple of things

Sky and internet normally have to come out of your surplus. Mobile and landline put in together.

you are not allowed Entertainment, presents or emergency fund but you are allowed holiday funds (someone will let you know how much)

I think you are allowed something for the children for school clubs etc?? and also should you put down something for prescriptions?

Just a couple of things I have noticed but I have bumped you up so someone will go through it in much more detail for you

    good luck

3 adults - myself, husband and my 26 yr old brother in law

Council Tax is paid by C Tax benefit

£130 electric is to pay monthly DD and under estimated bills, so sort of arrears

Pet insurance is actually £36 per month, is this classed as too high??? Have a big dog so more expensive for insurance.

Medical, prescriptions etc- have free prescription form and didnt want to put down something im not paying out

Is £500 for the groceries acceptable??? And £50 clothing???

How much does your brother in law contribute? You need to add this to your income.
You need to include council tax and add the benefit received to your income.
Electricity arrears will go into your bankruptcy, you cannot keep paying them.

    Hi

I have asked the question about pet insurance myself (mine is a lot higher than yours - 3 cats and a dog who had a horrible illness) and what I was advised is, that it is normally not allowed, but to include it in your SOA and talk it over with your OR and see what they allow as each case may be different (and you might get a very nice animal loving one!!)

Maybe someone who has acutally included pet insurance can let us know what their OR allowed??

Maybe update your SOA as per the advice from peachy and beenthere

    good luck
