Worried Sick about dragging someone down with me.

Hi,
This is probably not the place to post this question but I'm hoping there might be a legal bod here on the forum reading this that could advise on the following.
I petitioned for BR on 25th march 2010. I was a director of a company that I had to put into receivership since it was unable to meet it's financial commitments. the company has an OD of £15000 of which I am sole guarantor.
My ex-wife is a signatory on the account for admin purposes only; she is neither a director or co secretary but she is a 50% sharelolder.
Can the bank force repayment of the debt on her?
As you can imagine I'm very worried about this; it's one thing getting myself into trouble it's quite another dragging someone down with you.
Any advice here would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks
DebtsRus.
