The best way to do your SOA is to fill in the form and post it on here for comments.

As for the timescale it depends on the court. Some offer walk in service and others you have to have an appointment.

Find the court near you that does bankruptcies and phone them to make sure that is the correct court for your address and what their system is. If they do appointments you can make it while you're on the phone.
Have you taken advice from any of the debt charities?

Can feel overwhelming at times in the initial stages but fear not, there are some wonderful people on here able to give you advice. Would recommend contacting CCCS again or another debt charity; the Judge usually asks if you have taken advice on BR.
Give the debt charity as much information as possible over your financial affairs and post any question/niggle/full blown worry on here.0 -
Hello sadnblue, first thing Make a list of all your creditors, debts, assets.
Secondly and most important is contact one of the following debt charities:-
Click on links below:-

http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/
http://www.cccs.co.uk/
Please try these they don't charge and are impartial.
And don't rush do it at your pace, try and speak to someone tomorrow. And we are all here if you need any help.
Best wishes
