Sorry to be harsh but they only real way to get no spam on hotmail is open a new account and never give the address out to anyone. :/
Just do what I do and set junk mail filter to max, makes it much less annoying.
Out of my mind. Back in 5 minutes.

I enter a lot of on-line competitions and i think thats where they are getting my email address from.
I always tick no 3rd Party emails but still end up getting junk emails though.

This doesn't answer the question you asked, but why not use a 'disposable email address' (or Google for more options!), which either expires after a certain length of time or after a certain number of messages have been received? You give the disposable address to the competition people, having pointed it to your real email address. SpamGourmet is one of those well thought of.

I would recommened using Yahoo Mail, they have an inbuilt spam filter that really does work quite well. I do a number of online surveys and signed up to all sorts of email alerts so some of them do appear in my junk folder, but the majority of my emails appear without spam. Free to use as well, like hotmail.
