I am going to Algrave, Portugal next week. I have a friend from US joining me. He will be makings lots of calls from portugal to UK. Which is the cheapest way to call US from portugal.

I'm also looking around to see if there are any prefix type operators in Portugal for makig outbound international calls. So far no luck.0
