    I agree with others you have already reported them to trading standards now you need to consider court action. Very easy and judges are understanding and quite human, well in the lower courts they are ;-)

    The dealer, is a one man band, who specilises in high powered cars, so i dont think naming and shameing them will help, although i am tempted to stand outside the forecourt with a large sign, but i think the police might have an issue with that ;)

    I think court is the only way to go, and we can only hope that the judge see's it from our point of view, we are not mechanics and just an average family of 5, with very little knowledge on cars other than the basic's of oil, water tyres etc.
