    Hi Jo,

Your post is very difficult to read. If you copy the text into Word you can spellcheck it - you are likely to get more replies if it is easier to read.

Have you spoken to anyone from the HR dept at your work? Maybe they could find you another job doing something not as physically demanding.

Have you been to the Citizens Advice, they may be able to advise you where to go.

What is your situation? are you renting, have a mortgage? If you provide more info then people will be able to give you better answers.

    Hope you feel better soon.

How rude! I didn't realise you had to put forward posts that were properly spelt and punctuated correctly? Will they not get an answer from you until you decide it is ok?

Not rude, simply trying to help the OP as I (and clearly, most others) cannot understand their post. The fact that they have only had one response is testament to this.

I trust you are now going to answer the OP's question?

You are right, I read the first paragraph and gave up and I guess others have too.

It seems unfair that when this type of post is highlighted by someone who is trying to help the OP that they get attacked.

    Hello

In february, I had a heavy fall on my right leg, though I did not break it however I sustained ligament damage. From this day I cannot put weight onto my right shin and get numbness in my foot and find it hard to walk the way I did without getting hip and leg pain on the left side due to walking oddly on my right leg...Kneeling is almost impossible and certainly I am not able to move on my knees.

As part of my job, as a shelf stacker in a supermarket I have to crawl on my knees. I have tried to give it time to heal and have had to resort to going to physio.

We are now in major debt and I am worried I may lose my job. What benefits would we be entitled to?jo

hope this makes it clearer :D

I also gave up reading as the OP was difficult to follow. I know that not everyone has the same level of literacy, but I thought that dmg24's suggestion of copying into Word and spell checking was a good one - this wasn't rude, just a practical suggestion IMO.

Like someone else suggested, I think you should go to the CAB or have a look on entitledto.co.uk (not sure about the web address but I'm sure someone will correct me!)

Don't worry about your post, I understood what you meant perfectly fine, people shouldn't be so picky! Plus you aren't letting anyone down, at least you have tried to work, it's a lot more than some do! I'm sure you must be able to find someone to help, how about the job centre?

Sorry don't know a lot about it as I've never been in your situation, but I didn't want to read your post and not reply.

    Hope things improve for you

and your helpful info to the OP is where?

OP - I would talk to the human resources department, there may very well be another job that you could be moved to - as if you are a good employee I'm sure they would hate to lose you. Finding good reliable staff who take some pride in their job is like finding gold......so give them the opportunity to adjust your duties if they are able to do so.

Have you notified Tax credits of the change in your circumstances with regards to your income? You might find that you could be getting more in tax credits to help you through this rough time.
