Equifax broken?

Hi,

I'm getting an error when trying to get my latest report from Equifax online:

"
Already Subscribed

Thank you for your interest! Our records show that you have already ordered this product. Please return to the Member Centre section to access the products and services you've ordered. If you believe this to be an error, please contact Equifax Customer Care on 0844 335 0550 (Calls will be charged at 5p per min) between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday."

Anyone getting this?

    You are getting this message because you've ordered your report less than 24hrs ago.
  • I did think that myself but I checked it yesterday around 7am. Today I checked it around 10am as I had an alert sent to my mobile, then I checked again just before posting here.

    Odd. I'll try again later.
