Hi guys im new to all this but i have to find my own flat as im currently staying with my mum but i have to move out as my son is now 18 months and still in my bedroom. I have seen a flat that would be great for us, ie perfect area for work and childminders. Only problem i have is finding the deposit which is required for flat. Does anyone know if there is any help with this as if i did not get this flat i would be gutted . Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

If no-one in your family can help by loaning the money contact your local Council and see if they have a Bond Guarantee Scheme0

When you ring them re deposit you need to ensure they know that you are threatened with homelessness as it is often one of the qualifying conditions.
Your mum saying that the situation can not continue should be sufficent.0
