Trouble with ParentsLounge

I am awaiting a couple of prizes coming through but this one is from back in November as I am very doubtful it's going to come at all. I received an email in November saying :-

Which I replied to straight away, and I have heard nothing at all since. I sent another email a couple of days ago, and still ... nothing.

Has anyone else had problems with ParentsLounge???

Hi,
I won a hannah montana cd collection with them back in december, I e mailed steve masters about the fact that I hadn't received it 4 weeks ago and got no reply- was going to e mail again next week. Hope you eventually get your prize!
