Hi,
got an email from Discover saying that they will be having a free spring opening party on 10th April. Normal entry price is from £4.00 per adult/child so if your looking for something to entertain the kids over Easter cheaply this would be a great day out for all the family.
Celebrate the opening of Discover's fantastic new front door with a great spring party party hosted by Kipper the dog.
Explore brand new play areas including a magic tower and fairy forest, try out our brilliant new cafe and shop, create giant spring flowers, listen to Kipper's stories, dance on the polka dots and watch your stories bloom.
Spring into spring with a fun packed day of face painting, art activities, story trails and excellent coffee.
11am Kipper opens Discover's new front door
11.30am & 1pm Story Trail Detectives
Mini magnifying glasses at the ready! Go on a magnificent Story Trail and find the hidden treasures of Discover.
11.45am, 12.45pm, 1.45pm and 3.15pm Stories with Kipper
12pm & 2pm Boogie Babies
Join musician Jon Owen for this popular music session which will include a brilliant twist on all your favourite nursery rhymes and songs.
3pm & 4.15pm Tots, Tales and Tea
A storytelling party for under 3's in our brand new tea party area.

About time this place was done up a bit, it was looking rather shabby.
I'd stopped going because of it.
