i was claiming JSA up to the 17th july and the doctor put me on the sick due to my migraine.

i put a claim in for incapacity benefit with income support and ive been told today now that my forms are sent that it will take 2 weeks for them to make a desicion.

i would have been due a payment of jsa next tuesday 8th aug and now we wont get anything untill my incapacity is sorted

how will we survive i have a wife and a child i asked the guy at jobcentre plus and he just avoided the subject.

my housing and council tax benefit will have ceased due to my jsa closing so i fear that i will get into rent arrears,ive phoned the council and they have said they cant do anything till i have had my claim sorted.

im tearing out what little hair i have on my head as i dont know what to do.

what a shambles
