causes of bankruptcy is this ok?

im not very good with getting things written down could someone read this and let me know if its ok would really appreciate it :)

I took my first loan out in 2007 when i was working
full time and had just moved out of my family home
i was able to repay the amount required each month. I then started taking out other forms of credit in which i never missed a payment and my credit rating was really good. i then decided to go back into education and start an apprenticship to finish my studies. i did not realise how low the pay was and i was only working 15 hours a week and was unaware at this time of any benefits in which i could claim. I then left the apprentiship to seek full time work again as i was unable to repay my debts and was falling behind on my repayments. In feburary my partner was then made redundant in which we fell behind on payments even more as we only had JSA, HOUSING BENEFIT AND CT BENEFIT as our income. I have seeked advice from the national debtline and citizens advice and have been advised to go through with a bankruptcy

hope this is ok many thanks for reading.
