Income Support tribunal question for chargeable medical records?

My partner has her tribunal for the "failed" medical in May. Why and the morals of those stupid ATOS medicals is not what I'm asking about.
But her doctor pretty much refused to fill in the reasonable medical questionaire that her representative asked her to get filled on the basis that it would help her case. Instead her representative has therefor suggested she go down the route of obtaining all records & notes off the doctors going back the last 12 months from point of request. All this would possably help her to win the tribunal so I can see why the medical information is being requested.
But she has to pay a charge of £10 to the practice for the records. Does anyone know if she can rightfully claim the cost of obtaining medical records to be used for the tribunal back as legitimate costs if she wins?.

I have never heard of anyone claiming for this, it is between your partner and the surgery as far as the charge goes.0 -
The SAR request (Subject Access Request) costs £10 and can go back for 6 years of records I think. Is this what you are refering to? Its done under the DPA rules (Data Protection). Ideally you should be able to get letters or support from your doctors or consultants without resorting to getting a SAR to back up an appeal.
What help/support do they have other than the GP?
As far as I know you don't claim costs back for an appeal (never heard of it, but might be wrong) - take the cost out of your appeal winning??0
