Thorntons melts!

So i recieved an email from someone at Thorntons re the Melts chocolates. I won lots of boxes (maybe 5) but when i went to collect i was only allowed one (even though i went on 5 different days!)

Anyway it looks like they have had a lot of problems with this (their fault as the T&C were very unclear!) and they may allow us to get our boxes we were refused! :j

Anyone else get this email??

I got one too, and I replyed, but with praise and not compliant, I had a good experience in my local shop, when I claimed 2 boxes at the same time and the treat egg x

I got one too and have already replied telling them about my problems.

I got an email too but the manager at my local Thorntons knew I was allowed my 3 boxes! Unfortuntely they were out of stock and I've got to go back today! She was very apolgtic that they were out of stock and I had to go back! Good experience here! :-)

I rec'd one as well, and will be replying with good feedback for the store I dealt with. I am really pleased to see this response from Thornton's as well as so quickly. Hopefully everyone who did not get their full sized boxes will have the opportunity to get them soon.
