What happens now to the money the OR didnt take?

Hi all, I have posted questions about this money before, hubby earnt a bit extra each month but the OR hasnt claimed it yet.

However got home today to a letter saying that hubby has now been passed on to the RTLU so will they claim this money? I know i have to keep it until discharge probably but if the OR never got round to it will they?

If you unsure, keep it to one side, do not spend it, they could ask for it at anytime.

Give your insolvency office a ring, they might be able to say why it has not been claimed yet, or it could be they take a set figure per month based on average values.

We have kept it to oneside dark, too frightened to do anything else with it!!

Dojoman my hubbys wages are up and down all over the place, we have our set amount to live on but when he earns extra i work out 70% (even though sometimes it would be less that is needed) and keep it to oneside, we send his payslips to the OR and on the first occasion he was given a 1 month IPA (think thats what its called) but since november they havent claimed any of the extra.
I know I should ring and ask them what they want to do about it but to be honest if they want it they should say so really, so we have said nothing but still send the payslips each month to the same person. I was just curious about what would happen now his file has been passed over to the RTLU.

I also thought that if we can save 70% of any extra now without being able to dip into it, its great practice for when we are discharged, we never managed to save anything in the past:o
