Wage slips and P60 while on Mat leave?

Should I still be recieving wage slips while on Mat leave? I ask as I have been on Mat leave for 9 months and have only ever recieved two wage slips.
On another note I have handed my notice in (i was only ever on SMA pay) and requested my P60 (I dont seem to have one from last year!) and any wage slips I havent had. I havent recieved then 3 weeks on. Do they have a duty to provide me these things?
Its important as I need to submit my details to claim tax credits, but I still cant until I get the information! Is there another way I can get this info?
I couldnt really do an estimate either!

They can only ever print one off so if it was printed and misplaced by either you or the employer you wont get another one. Only thing you can do is request a "statement of earnings". Which they should be able to do for you0
