Looking For Advice

When I was 17 I purchased a style financial services store card, obviously being young & stupid I never really thought about the fact that you had to be 18 to get one, I was never asked for ID & the staff member just assumed that I was over 18, I was really just wondering if this makes the contract null & void & what my next step should be if it is, I dont know if I could get done for fraud or not,I would appreciate any answers, Thank You Very Much.

You would certainly have been required to put a date of birth on any credit application. Did you put your true date of birth or an incorrect one?
