Hi, have i blocked my visa-electron ?

Hi,

Im sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I couldnt find anywhere else that would maybe dealwith this question..

Basically, ihave a Halifax EasyCash account. (Visa Electron) and I put £5 on it using the machine in the Halifax. I then went to a smallsupermarket and went to buy things for £3.50. I then seein as it was my first time using it, entered the Pin wrong 3 times (I was a little nice on the beer aswel )

Basically i didnt look at the welcome letter that the card came with properly and mistook a 3 for a 9.

Anyway, my question is, is my card blocked/unblocked? and if it is blocked, can istill put money on it in halifax and how can iget it unblocked?

if you goto the cash point @ halifax you can unlock your pin

sorry to double post.


i checked my account online at it says cash: £5.00 Available Cash: £0.79?

Does this mean i cant spend the £5.00 that i put on it and only 79p?
