quidco and council tax benefits

Hello, I've just joined quidco.
How would I declare income from quidco to council tax benefit people please?
Hope this is not a silly question.

I guess it would depend on how much income you receive from quidco.

What benefits do you receive, you can "earn" up to £20 pw before having to declare anything.

Quidco income isn't taxable income it's a discount off the bills. It doesn't need to be declared as you had to (usually) spend money to get the discount.
