BT really have been a real !!!!!! Emery 'Comedy Of Errors'!!!!!

Phones never rang on day of connection so had to be pyschic as to when somebody was trying to get through!! An engineer came and spent hours scratching their head. Eventually it transpired to be an exchange fault.
Mobile texts came to say problem had been fixed, 151 then said it had been fixed and another text saying it would be fixed by 5pm! Didn't get fixed until the next day.
