Have ordered from Laithwaites in the past (got a few boxes for Xmas) but was rather surprised when a box of 14 wines arrived yesterday, as I hadn't ordered any. Contacted Laithwaites as I was worried I would be charged for them, they said they'd look into it and rang me back a few hours later to say it had obviously been a mistake, I wouldn't be charged for the wine and I could also keep it! They also told me to enjoy the wine which I intend to do!
