Hi, can anyone help?

I had a credit card with mint, i had protection payments put on and had been paying them until i was made redundant, i tried contacting the company but they will not pay.... i thought thats what the protection was being paid for!!!! a year on and my bill gets higher and has been since passed onto a debt recovery agency.

Can anyone give me any advice?? would really appreciate it need to know if i can claim it back or if i can take it further?

    Hi James and welcome.

A bit more information wouldn't go a miss here.

    1) how long had you been paying payment protection for when you were made redundant

    2) what reason did Mint give for refusing your claim.
