Car Insurance premium increased due to house move.

My daughter has recently moved house and her insurance premium has increased by £160+ for the next 3 months. It is due for renewal at the beginning of June.
Is it possible to change insurers during the year?
I would appreciate any advice you can offer.

You can change insurer anytime you want.

The downside might be that no NCD will be awarded for the part year (depending on whether or not that is relevant). (And check out the cancellation charges don't wipe out any savings)

Thank you for your reply. It may be worth staying with the current insurer until June and then get quotes when renewal is due.
