Can I transfer balance to husbands card??????

As the title asks really

Hubby can get better deal on c/card and balance transfer than I can so was wondering if he would be able to apply for card and transfer balance from my c/card to his new card?

Yes, you can switch credit card balances to family, friends or Dave down the pub. He may be asked for the name on the card, but this is purely an additional verification check. At the end of the day, the card company is after his business. They're not really interested in knowing who ran up the debt, as long as he, their customer, pays up on time each month!

Caution: you cannot transfer balances between cards underwritten by the same bank (this would be like trying to pay 'em off with their own money.)

Thank you for your help. Will look into it now, am desperate to transfer a credit card debt - have transferred a few times in my own name but am now cautious of opening any more c/cards.
