vanquis credit card, incmplete info provided, PLUS SOMEONE ELSES DETAILS SENT TO ME

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I sent the 10 fee to vanquis using the template off here. they sent a reply today, with loads of account info but no dates on any of the charges and it seems very incomplete. what should i do about this?

also, they sent me a copy of a letter sent to somebody else, giving their name, address and some details of their complaint, but no account number.

how should I proceed?

    Write to them and ask for the details you require whilst explaining the fact that they sent someone else's data to you.

    Sending you someone else data is in breach of Data Protection Act, consider informing ICO of what they have done, also the ICO will deal with them failing to send you your data within the SAR timelimit.
    Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
