Ebay selling advice please

Hi i'm in the middle of moving home and in the process of selling a few items on ebay, i've got a cooker down for £199 and there's about 8 people watching it,i'd rather sell it sooner than later,i misjudged the end date of the listing it finishes monday,i'd rather sell it this weekend,i'm thinking of putting it on grab it now ,what would you do, because on grab it now you loose a % don't you? i

No higher a %age than on a normal auction (10% if you're a private seller). You'll have to pay 40p to add it though.

I assume you already know not to take Paypal for the item if it's collected by the buyer?

  • You can put a Buy It Now on it - as long as it doesn't have any bids - or you could adjust the time to make it finish earlier by changing the duration downwards (you might still have enough time to do this) only thing about that would be if your watchers noticed. Something to bear in mind for another time though.
