Fixed Credit Card Payments??

Does anyone know if I can set up fixed payments which are above the minimum but the same amount monthly for the following companies.

Nationwide
Capital One
MBNA

I think the only way you cold do that is to set up a standing order on the card/account you are making the payment with, rather than setting up a direct debit.After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

That was one option but I want to keep my outgoings fixed i.e. £150 but at same time pay off more than minimum.
Thought I read somewhere, some you can some you can't without phoning around thought I would see.0 -
