Am getting charged for a transaction that I did not make going back to September last year, I have raised with them signed the forms, also made complaints but nothing. They say that they might have proof that I used it on the "adult website" but I haven't. I know it’s only £45 but why should have to pay for something that I did not use?
Is it possible to take legal action again Barclay Card?
If so what route...

I would suggest you ask them for a final response letter so you can complain to the financial service ombudsmanEU tariff on agricultual product 12.2%
some dairy products 42.1% cloths 11.4%

You'd better sort it with Barclays and stop messing about.
This 'adult' site may turn out to be something criminal in months to come so the fact you'd not done much to refute the claims may not look good.

You must pursue this, especially as your card details appear to have been used without your consent.RIP independent MSE.

Go through their formal complaints route and then onto the ombudsman.
It's free.
You must write to the correct address and go throught the correct complaints procedure as often it gets dealt with by a psecial dept.0 -
I just got a call from a manager, who has refunded the fully amount and also cleared the balance which was a further £24.50 so in total £69.75

It is something very serious and you must think about this and I should say that, it is totally a big crime that your information is getting accessed which is not good.
You should take some strict actions against this.
