Paypal Cross Border payment

I recently queried a receiving charge with Paypal after selling something on Ebay - only really because it was the same amount as I have received before for other items, but the charge was slightly more.
I don't sell to Ebay buyers abroad, so I was a bit surprised to hear from Paypal that I had received a cross border payment (the confirmed shipping address was in England) which had incurred a charge 0.5% higher than normal.
The buyer's name was not the same as the name on the Paypal shipping address - but I've had that before with no difference in costs, so I didn't think anything of it.
Not such a big deal to me as the difference was minimal, but it could matter to someone here if they sell something with a much higher value!
Just thought some people may not know this!
