Automated programs to tell of dispatch?

Hey, all I was just wondering if there are any automated tools that can be used in conjunction with my eBay account to automatically notify the buyer and to say thanks for their custom. Another, a day later to say their order is being processed and should be with them shortly(as is the case with PC's)-though we pay for next day delivery, spending 2 hours building the PC, meaning minimal time used

There's also Blackthorne which works on the UK site but you need to access it via Ebay.com

If your auction payments are PayPal only, you can customise email communications on your PayPal account; e.g. auto invoice with nice message, auto thank for payment when you could explain when item will be shipped. I normally send a standard email (from eBay messages) confirming date of despatch, tracking number etc when I post the item.
