Postcode in Paypal brings up different street

Hi, hope someone can help me. I've just sold something on ebay. Winner paid promptly which is good.
The problem is that when I type in her postcode whilst trying to buy the postage online I get a different street come up to what she has in her Paypal and ebay accounts. I've emailed to ask but had no reply.
What should I do in this situation? :question:

You may be able to find the correct postcode on the Royal mail website. Its surprising how many people mistype their postcodes.0
