Seller Won't Send Items

Hi,

I recently won two items from a seller, pretty cheaply and paid straight away. The seller now said he won't send the items unless I give him additional funds for postage, otherwise he will refund me. Is the only way forward with this to get the refund and neg him as I refuse to pay more than the costs stated in the auction.

You can't force him to sell but I would certainly be considering a neg and poor stars once the refund happens. It is the sort of seller that makes it harder for the rest of us.
